We make our ice cream in the most traditional way and with the fresh and purest milk from our Jersey cows. The fresh milk is each day brought to our ice cream factory directly from the organic farms. Within 24 hours this fresh milk is processed into Happy Mrs. Jersey ice cream.

This milk creates not only a very full and creamy taste but also a very soft and excellent texture to our ice cream.
